Th. Plevris: As of May 1st , the obligation to present a certificate of vaccination and disease is lifted
Life in the country is returning to normal after 1 May, as announced yesterday by the Minister of Health. In particular, from 1 May to 31 August there will no longer be any need to present a certificate of illness or vaccination, the well-known COVID pass. The measure will be reviewed from 1 September. However, until 31 May the use of masks remains mandatory indoors. Also, from May 3, when schools reopen after the Easter holidays, students will return to school without having to take a self-test. From now on, from 1 May, those who have not been vaccinated will take one rapid test a week to come to work. From The 1st of May until the 30th of August, the operation of all the premises with 100% occupancy is resumed and all restrictions are lifted. However, as Mr Plevris pointed out, this measure will also be reviewed from 1 September.
