Αίτηση και παραλαβή ποινικού μητρώου ηλεκτρονικά, μέσω του gov.gr

Ηλεκτρονικά θα πραγματοποιείται από σήμερα, Τρίτη, μέσω του gov.gr, η υποβολή αίτησης χορήγησης και η παραλαβή αντιγράφου ποινικού μητρώου γενικής χρήσης από πολίτες, σύμφωνα με την Κοινή Υπουργική Απόφαση που συνυπέγραψαν ο Υπουργός Επικρατείας και Ψηφιακής Διακυβέρνησης Κυριάκος Πιερρακάκης και ο Υφυπουργός Δικαιοσύνης Γιώργος Κώτσηρας.

Η διαδικασία είναι ιδιαίτερα απλή. Ειδικότερα, οι πολίτες εισέρχονται στην πλατφόρμα poiniko.services.gov.gr, ταυτοποιούνται με χρήση των κωδικών τους στο Taxisnet και αιτούνται την έκδοση αντιγράφου ποινικού μητρώου, το οποίο θα εκδίδεται ύστερα από λίγες ημέρες. Μόλις το αντίγραφο ποινικού μητρώου είναι έτοιμο, οι ενδιαφερόμενοι θα ειδοποιούνται με SMS ή e-mail ώστε να το παραλάβουν από τη θυρίδα τους στο gov.gr.

Η πλατφόρμα υλοποιήθηκε από το Εθνικό Δίκτυο Υποδομών Τεχνολογίας και Έρευνας (ΕΔΥΤΕ ΑΕ), ενώ οι διασυνδέσεις μεταξύ των μητρώων συντελέστηκαν μέσω του Κέντρου Διαλειτουργικότητας της Γενικής Γραμματείας Πληροφοριακών Συστημάτων Δημόσιας Διοίκησης του Υπουργείου Ψηφιακής Διακυβέρνησης. Η ψηφιοποίηση του ποινικού μητρώου εντάσσεται στο πλαίσιο του Εθνικού Προγράμματος Απλούστευσης Διαδικασιών (Ε.Π.Α.Δ.) και έχει συμπεριληφθεί στο μνημόνιο συνεργασίας που έχουν υπογράψει οι Γενικοί Γραμματείς Δικαιοσύνης και Ανθρωπίνων Δικαιωμάτων Πάνος Αλεξανδρής και Ψηφιακής Διακυβέρνησης και Απλούστευσης Διαδικασιών Λεωνίδας Χριστόπουλος.

Σημειώνεται ότι η μέχρι τώρα διαδικασία απαιτούσε είτε δύο αυτοπρόσωπες παρουσίες του πολίτη στην οικεία/πλησιέστερη Εισαγγελία (μία για την αίτηση και μία για την παραλαβή),  είτε  μία μοναδική αυτοπρόσωπη παρουσία για την ενεργοποίηση ειδικών κωδικών  ηλεκτρονικής υποβολής αιτήσεων και ηλεκτρονικής παραλαβής αντιγράφων ποινικού μητρώου.
